Harmonic Executive

Charlie is the Founder and Managing Director at Harmonic. He has sixteen years in Search and Recruitment (with the prematurely grey hairs to show it) and leads on our Executive Search offering for clients seeking CEO, CFO or COO-level hires. Charlie is a judge for the British Business Awards, is the youngest recipient of the ‘Recruitment International Entrepreneur of the Year’ and holds the staffing and recruitment industry record for the ‘Sunday Times International Track 200’ (#5).

A failed musician and DJ (Charlie was in a band previously with Riz Ahmed of Rogue One / Sound of Metal Fame), he retains a massive passion for the arts and the UK and USA start-up scene. He is trustee for Bookmark Reading Charity and Board Advisor to Impact start-up accelerator: Unrest. He is a proud father to his 2 daughters, Iris and Cleo.

Dan joined Harmonic fresh out of university. He works within the executive search team, specialising in placing the best executive finance talent into start-ups and scale-ups within a variety of sectors in the UK.

Outside of the office you will find Dan watching football, supporting his beloved Liverpool or finding new bars in London to have a pint of Guinness.

Alice brings with her 6 years of executive search experience, placing mid to senior level and C-suite talent. She previously spent 8 years as a producer in the TV industry, giving her a unique appreciation for high-pace, high-growth environments. Alice joins Harmonic to support the placement of the best executive finance talent into start-ups and scale-ups across a variety of sectors in the UK.

Outside of the office, you'll find Alice working out on a reformer, baking, and spending time out in nature.

Harman joined Harmonic with over 6 years’ experience in Professional Services recruitment, specialising in Advisory, Restructuring & Insolvency. He works within the executive search team, focussing on placing the best executive talent into start-ups and scale-ups within a variety of sectors internationally.

Outside of work, you’ll find Harman at live gigs and festivals, exploring new pubs around London, or watching Peep Show re-runs, for which he has an encyclopedic knowledge.

Theo moved to London a year ago to study History of International Relations at LSE and is now starting as a Community Search Analyst in the Exec team at Harmonic.

Outside of work, he loves exploring London and its great food scene, as well as travel and a good book.

Forming part of our executive search team, Jake has gained a range of experience in senior recruitment throughout his career and focuses on delivering executive-level hires to fast-growth companies internationally.

Outside the office, when he isn’t spending time with his young family, you’ll likely find him cheering on Arsenal FC or testing his general knowledge at the local pub quiz.
