The Role
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives and providing indispensable support to the CEO and leadership cohort. Collaborating closely with the C-Suite and the board, you will offer strategic counsel and guidance, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the company's trajectory and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regular business sessions to set goals and align the organization.
- Establish a transformative PMO for strategic execution and change leadership.
- Lead the annual strategy and planning process.
- Collaborate with SLT to boost team productivity through technology and strategy.
- Implement technology for enhanced client satisfaction.
- Form high-performing operations teams for excellent service at scale.
- Drive operational efficiency to cut costs.
