Harmonic is pleased to partner with a rapidly expanding, purpose-driven, independent agency to search for a Head of Client Services. This role involves managing some of the largest FMCG accounts in the industry and reports directly to the Managing Director.

The Role

This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the agency's growth, helping to achieve monthly and annual targets within budget, securing new business, and strengthening existing client relationships. You will mentor and guide a team of Account Directors and Managers, ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the agency's largest account while also attracting new clients to drive growth. You will also foster a positive and productive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the largest account and support the team with smaller accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all clients and accounts.
  • Streamline processes to align with company objectives, ensuring targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to track profitability and produce progress reports.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure constant collaboration between Client Services and Production.

Skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a Business Director role or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and support the team.
  • Previous experience in a marketing and advertising agency, preferably with industry-leading or globally recognized clients.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, representing the agency in client discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills for personal and business-wide tasks.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Background in the creative industries.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and securing flagship business.
  • Experience in developing Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Directors.
