The Client

Simmer is a UK-based meal delivery service known for providing healthy, chef-prepared meals that prioritise both flavour and convenience. Founded in 2017, the business started with meals cooked in a small kitchen and quickly grew into a family-run venture.

Simmy and Jhai are two brothers and the great minds behind Simmer. The brothers started the business whilst Simmy was a university student cooking meals himself and reinvesting the profits to keep the company growing. Simmer prides itself on being a family oriented, self-started and a bootstrapped brand that has filled a niche in the market for high quality easily accessible food. Despite humble beginnings, 7 years later Simmer has become an amazing success story and has grown exponentially.

The company has experienced an impressive 400% revenue growth from 2022 to 2023, with projections to more than double again by 2025. This year, Simmer earned the 11th spot on The Sunday Times’ list of the 100 fastest-growing companies in Britain, while the brothers were recognised with a place on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list. Additionally, Simmy Dhillon was honoured with the prestigious ‘Sunday Times Young Founder of the Year’ award.
