Our Start-Up service is perfect for more straight-forward executive searches where speed is prioritised over creation of detailed reporting. You will still receive our A* service but with fewer update meetings and search reports to ensure we find you the best fit within a short timeframe.

A comprehensive executive search process for a strict budget

Candidates shortlisted

A curated shortlist of 5-6 profiles will be presented, complete with comprehensive interview summaries and scorecard to facilitate an informed decision-making process.

In-depth assessment

The final three candidates will undergo Hogan psychometric profiling, providing valuable insights to ensure they meet the dynamic needs and requirements of the role. Following this, candidates will be interviewed for a minimum of 90 minutes.

Personalised experience

Each candidate will receive a branded briefing pack and dedicated microsite to engage with your brand and role. We also give regular fortnightly updates for transparency and collaboration throughout the process.
